The Hospitality Management and Tourism Experts represents a diverse and global membership, including tourist agencies, tour operators, leading travel companies, hotels, airline companies, country tourism boards, educational institutions, university researchers, hospitality and tourism professionals, duty-free shops, airport catering companies, individuals and communities, all striving to achieve best practices in sustainable tourism. Hospitality, Travel and Tourism is a challenging and unique business. Within the course of a single hour, you may help one client plan a road trip to certain province and then book a couple for a romantic escape to an ecological site and end up creating a family adventure on any historic places. No other business demands more accurate information about geography, culture, and current events in distant places than the travel industry. Clients from over the world count on hospitality and tourism professionals for up-to-date information that can make their vacation dream comes true.
Capacity Building and Certification Program
The Hospitality Management and Tourism Experts cares for all its members and organizes capacity building as well as seminars, workshops and online training. Capacity building is an investment in the effectiveness and future sustainability for our members which leads to Certification of Programs.
Education and Outreach Program on Sustainable Tourism
The HMTE is a group of experts and consulting company operating globally since so many years of experience in international development cooperation and sustainable development internationally. Sustainable tourism development and management practices are applicable to all forms of tourism at any destination, so the training and capacity building are the key elements for the development and implementation of all our projects. Our ultimate goal is to promote the tourism industry by reshaping our members' business. In order to achieve this, we work to develop education and outreach programs that provide tools to our members community in the hospitality and tourism industry.

The Hospitality Management and Tourism Experts (HMTE) provides global implementation consulting with practical approach on sustainable tourism development as well as tailor-made and innovative solutions. HMTE has been promoting sustainable tourism through innovative initiatives and programs aimed at protecting our natural and cultural resources while at the same time increasing the number of tourist arrivals as well as increasing the clients or members revenue above the budgeted figures. We strive to educate visitors, businesses, and community members on the benefits of sustainable tourism for their countries. Furthermore, we seek to serve as a bridge between the hospitality/tourism industry and member-based efforts.

We accept membership enquiries from selected businesses to further enhance our supplier product mix and assist us in our sales and marketing initiatives. As a member-based organization, we focus on our members when promoting our members countries to our clients as a destination for their meetings and conventions needs and their group or individual travel options.
As a member, you can take advantage of a wealth of hospitality and tourism marketing opportunities and expertise from our specialist teams. You are encouraged to actively engage in your membership, and as a component of a well-designed marketing plan; membership should provide you with the tools necessary to support your existing marketing initiatives.

Hotels & Lodging: $3,500 + ( $8 per room )
Others (non-hotels): $2,500
Institutional Membership
Universities/Colleges (offering Associate, Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate Programs or any of these levels): $3,800.
Training Institutions (offering Certificates, Diplomas, and Advanced Diplomas or any of these levels): $2,800
Individual Membership
Students (university, college or training institutions): $1,680
Staff/Professors/ Other workers (this includes other industry workers): $1,800

Corporate Membership
Corporate Membership allows your company to gain exposure to industry leaders, access to standards and technological resources, while also providing savings on well-known and respected education and certification programs offered by our member-universities and training centers around the world.
Any company related to the hospitality, tourism, leisure, gastronomy, travel, airline, cruise, events etc, may join HMTE as a corporate member.
Institutional Membership
Institutional membership is open to all colleges and universities, community colleges, vocational training centers, food & beverage training centers, events, attractions and conventions companies and other hospitality and tourism related institutions that have a facilities department and administrator. Institutional Membership of the HMTE pursues advocacy, professional development, research, and information that is all focused on helping disadvantaged members to enhance their business and increase sales.
Individual Membership
Welcome to our Individual Membership page. Here you will find all the information you need to begin your application for membership of the Hospitality and Tourism Marketing Association. We offer individual membership for everyone who is working in the hospitality and tourism industry, cruise ships, parks and attractions, events, conventions, banquet, casino, bar, restaurants, tour-operating companies, travel agencies, airlines companies, tourist guide services agencies, tourist boutiques, tourist souvenir shops, tourist transport companies and so on.
Student Membership
HMTE Student Membership is available to those actively enrolled, part-time or full-time, in any degree program specifically relating to hospitality, tourism, lodging or restaurant management.
HMTE Student Members gain insight into the hospitality and lodging industries. They receive the association's regular communications and publications. They can attend HMTE workshops and seminars at special member prices.
Finally, HMTE Student Member applicants for HMTE Educational Foundation scholarships are given priority consideration.
