Career's Pathway for School Leavers.

In collaboration with partnering institutions, HMTE prepares school leavers and provides specialized training for 6 months in the various sectors of fast food and catering. The Systematic Training is for School Leavers who cannot afford to enroll for the higher studies with any university either in their own country or abroad.

HMTE, through its Career’s Pathway programs prepares School Leavers by providing a 6-month training after which the trained candidates will have opportunity to get Paid Internship and eventually a permanent job in the own country or in any of our locations in Europe, South America, Central America, Australia, USA and many other countries.


Objective of the Career's Pathway Training Programs.

Our main objective is to reverse the crisis of unemployment and provide employment opportunities to School Leavers.

Every employer needs work experience from job applicants which School Leavers cannot have, and it becomes very challenging for those School Leavers to get a job allowing them to be unemployed and also lose their talents.

Various Stages of
Fast-Food Training.


Training will be based on the following:

ONLINE TRAINING: 4 months

Stage 1
Theory and other basic and principles.

Stage 2
It consists of some catching up of lessons.
For each sector or area of specialization, training will be provided strictly and separately. This training concerns many research techniques, and the trainers will provide the entire necessary guide.


PRACTICAL TRAINING: 2 months

Stage 1
This is the on-the-job training, and we are going to start with the practical part of the kitchen, then move to the front area which includes cashiering. delivery, public relations, customer service, food handling and packaging etc.

READY-MADE
FAST-FOOD OPERATION RIGHT


Despite Franchising Rights offer, we also have the ready-made fast-food operation right. This means that you can apply for the Fast -Food Operation Right in any country where HMTE has existing fast food outlets, or you can opt for another country if we can install one for you.

If you are unable to invest a big sum of money for buying expensive kitchen equipment, furniture and other materials, we will do it for. This means we invest for everything and get the outlet installed completely.

So it will be a ready-to-start operation and you can get the operation right from us. You will be required to pay a fixed amount of our fee which will be decided by HMTE. Noting that you are not going to rent it from us but you will be only buying the right to operate the fast-food shop/outlet for a limited period of time agreed by both parties.
